The original and the best “Safari Blue” is a full-day excursion using one of our traditional Dhows, beautifully constructed from African mahogany by Zanzibar craftsmen, between 8 to 10 meters in length, We currently operate 6 – 17 passenger-carrying dhows that are finished to the very highest standards and fitted with outboard engines, marine VHF radios, gas inflatable life jackets, sunshades, boarding ladders, waterproof bags, and first aid kit with DAN oxygen unit. You’ll have the opportunity to see and feel the magic of the African Spice Island up close and in person

Not only sailing along with the traditional dhow but also you can have the opportunity to do snorkeling, swim, and relax on a white sandy beach on a sandbank. It is a whole day playing with the ocean in the Menai Bay conservation area. The Menai Bay Conservation Area is located in Menai Bay, west south coast of Unguja Zanzibar. This is the largest marine conserved area with 470 square kilometers (180 sq mi), comprising extensive coral reefs, colorful tropical fish, a lot of sea creatures, and mangrove forests

In addition to all, there are plenty of sea foods who are all waiting for you to be tested, the dhow departs from fumba beach at 08:00 and we get back around 16:00, with your Safari Blue guide, you will explore the mangrove lagoon hidden inside Kwale Island. Swimming into the protected mangrove forest at high tide is an unforgettable experience. This mangrove lagoon is famously known as a natural swimming pool.
